Ingredients for making Vegetarian Malabar Soup
For 2 people
Swag spinach 1 bunch
(about 300gr)
Vegetarian seasoning 1.5 tablespoon
Salt 1/2 teaspoon coffee
MSG 1/3 teaspoon

How to prepare vegetarian Malabar spinach soup

Preparing Malabar spinach
Pluck the leaves from purchased Malabar spinach and put them in a bowl to wash twice with water. In the second wash, wash and squeeze the vegetables until they are slightly crushed, then take the vegetables out into a basket and drain.

Cook vegetarian spinach soup
Put into the pot 500ml of water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1.5 tablespoons of vegetarian seasoning powder, 1/3 teaspoon of MSG. Put the pot on the stove, turn on high heat, stir until the spices dissolve and bring to a boil.
