Sweet vegetables 300 gr
Ground pork 200 gr
Purple onions 2

How to prepare Sweet potato soup with minced meat

Preparing ingredients
Pick up the young parts of the sweet vegetables, discard the old parts, and bring them to the table. Soak in diluted salt water for about 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with water to drain, then cut into pieces about 1 inch long.
Small tips: To reduce pus secretion from sweet potato when cooking, remember to soak in salt water first, then rinse with clean water.
Peel the purple onion, cut into small pieces.
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add 1/2 part chopped red onion, 1 teaspoon seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.
