Ingredients for Boiled Pork
For 4 people
Thigh meat 1 kg
Seasoning sauce 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Chili 2 fruits
Garlic 1 root
Pineum 1/4 fruit
Lemongrass 70 gr
Ginger 1 root
Round rice paper rolls 200 gr
Vegetables served with 400 gr
(Lettuce/ cucumber/ star fruit/ vegetables fragrant…)
Spice 20 gr
(Salt/sugar…)

How to prepare Boiled Pork

Preparing ingredients
Wash and drain the pork.
Peel the lemongrass and mince it. small.
Peel the pineapple, remove the skin, fragrant eyes, then chop.
Peel the garlic and chop. Slice the chili.
Wash the lettuce and herbs and drain.

Make the seasoning sauce
Put in a bowl 2 lemongrass branches, 2 garlic cloves, 2 chili peppers, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of filtered water, 1/4 pineapple, stir-fry
Then add 1 cup of fish sauce, stir well.

Boil the thigh meat
Use a string to fold the thigh meat in half.
Put it in the pot then add 3 slices of ginger, 1 teaspoon of salt, cover with water then boil over medium heat 40 – 50 minutes.
When the meat is cooked, take the meat out and put it in a bowl of ice water to soak for 10 minutes.

Cut the meat
Drain the meat, then cut off the string.
Slice the meat into about 5cm pieces as shown in the picture.
Continue cutting the pieces to a bite-sized length and you will have a piece of meat with both skin ends. There you go.
